Copyright Infringement Notice

If you believe content generated through BrandyAI infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated agent including:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
• Identification of the allegedly infringing material
• Your contact information (address, phone, email)
• A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is unauthorized
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

User Responsibility

BrandyAI is a platform that provides AI generation tools. Users are solely responsible for the prompts they submit and content they generate. Users agree in our Terms of Service not to generate content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.

Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to our designated agent with the required information under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3).

Repeat Infringers

BrandyAI reserves the right to terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
